I found Badger Vet when my chinchilla needed medical attention for some unexplainable hair loss. Dr. Servantez was the only vet in Janesville that would see a chinchilla. Recently my Brussels Griffon puppy, Chewbacca, became ill. I took him in on a friday and since it was an unsecheduled visit, he saw doctor Kreier instead of our primary vet, Dr. Servantez. Unexpectadly, he was confirmed to have Parvo. He was immediatly admitted and hospitalized for six days. He was very sick and it was scary for us and for him. Dr. Kreier spoke to me every day to update me on his condition and I was able to visit Chewie during his stay in isolation. The technicians were very gentle and sweet to my sad puppy and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding his care. Dr. Servantez even gave me comfort when he told me that everyday he would go talk to Chewie, which meant a lot to me not only because he had to be kept away from all other animals and was allowed minimal contact, but also because Chewie was still under Dr. Kreier's care. It was a scary thing to go through, especially with a different vet, but knowing that all of the staff from the vets, to the techs and even the client support staff where soo caring and helpful made it a lot easier for us. It was hard to see him soo sick but being able to see him everyday and leaving there knowing that people who cared very much where taking care of him, made me feel better. Chewbacca has fully recovered and we couldn't be happier! He is loved very much and without the wonderful care that Dr. Kreier and his "team" provided, we wouldn't have our wonderful puppy today.

Plus when i didn't know what to do all i had to do was call you and you told me what i need to know. I can bring my animals to you and know they are well taken care of and treated sweetly. also you never forget to tell us when vaccines are due. We enjoy your service. We are happy we chose to come to the best vet ever. Go badger vet! ! ! ! !
