All money utilized by Crime Stoppers (e.g. rewards and miscellaneous expenses)are raised through fundraising projects coordinated by Janesville Area Crime Stoppers Board of Directors.

ABOUT CRIMESTOPPERS Janesville Area CrimeStoppers is a non-profit organization founded in 1984. We are a civic group whose entire purpose is to help local law enforcement in the prevention of crime and the apprehension of criminals. Our board of directors is made up entirely of community-minded citizens, supported by the Janesville Police Department, the Rock County Sheriff’s Department, and the Rock County District Attorney’s Office.
