Call our number anonymously to report information on a crime or criminal activity. Callers may be eligible for rewards of between $25 and $1000.
We are a non-profit organization run solely by an all volunteer citizen board.
The goal of Crime Stoppers is to combine the efforts of the police, citizens, and media in our community's fight against crime.
All money utilized by Crime Stoppers (e.g. rewards and miscellaneous expenses)are raised through fundraising projects coordinated by Janesville Area Crime Stoppers Board of Directors.

Janesville Area CrimeStoppers is a non-profit organization founded in 1984. We are a civic group whose entire purpose is to help local law enforcement in the prevention of crime and the apprehension of criminals. Our board of directors is made up entirely of community-minded citizens, supported by the Janesville Police Department, the Rock County Sheriff’s Department, and the Rock County District Attorney’s Office.
