CESA 2 presents "Sparks". In this performance youth are discerning their voices and assuming positions of leadership to critically examine society’s issues and creatively work to solve them. Local artists and teachers, using the Fulfill the Dream program, are supporting youth through this transformational journey. These youth will share their stories, address their realities and paint a picture for what dreams are still possible. Youth will dance, rap, share poems and art to communicate these ideals that the best days of our communities are still before us.
