Since 1996, individuals, artists, and representatives of area nonprofit arts organizations in the Rock County, Wisconsin area who support excellence in the performing and fine arts have come together to foster an improved awareness and appreciation of the arts. UAA works with individuals and nonprofit members to promote local arts events; facilitate cooperation and collaboration among artists and arts organizations; to educate the community about the arts and their value; and much more.
