Working with John to find a vehicle that was both realistically priced and reliable was a complete joy. We test drove so many vehicles, that I am sure the average sales person would have been very irritated by the end. But John remained optimistic and shared his opinion on what would be the best options for our budget and needs. It is obvious that Kunes Country is not like any other dealership that I have dealt with. The staff genuinely care about helping people and getting them the best deal. Working with finance can often be a daunting nerve racking endeavor; but Nate Nelson worked very hard to make everything enjoyable while getting us a tremendous deal. Overall Kunes has a great family atmosphere that is focused on serving the customer. No pressure! It was the best place to go for my first new car, and I can see no reason to go anywhere else in the future. Enjoying my new Fiesta.

I bought a Honda from them last year and have had to do almost $2000 worth of repairs in the first 4 months. I have had problems with the shocks, anti sway bar links, warped tires, broken locks, broken antenna, check engine light, and the alignment. This is all within 4 months of buying it. The check engine light came on the night I drove it home from the dealership. They told me that they sold it "as is" and that they would not fix it. They also told me that it was an older vehicle and I should expect these sort of issues. I'm sorry, but if I spend over $10,000 on a Honda that is less than nine years old, there is NO WAY anyone should have these types of issues with 4 months of buying the vehicle. They were very dismissive of my problems and never even tried to meet me "half way". They never once offered to help me. It was a very, very negative experience. I would never buy from them again.
