This is Andy Otis. You called and spoke to me after having a negative experience at our restaurant. I'm glad to have the opportunity to contact you. As we discussed on the phone when you called, I was aware of the Saturday night that we had problems with our prime rib. I took your name and intended to send you a letter of apology and a gift certificate. Of course as luck would have it, I lost the piece of paper with your information on it.
We work very hard to provide excellent products and service, but there are times that things go wrong. I'm very sorry that was the case for you. I'd still like to send you a gift certificate, and hope you'll accept our apology and give us another try. If you will email me your name and address again, I'll do so. My family and I dine at Milwaukee Grill quite often and are always pleased. We love the beef tips. Mark and his staff are always very pleasant and friendly. The food is worth the wait in line but we wish they had a bigger dining room. Keep up the good service.
