Florida dairy video to be produced by Videogenics

Videogenics of Janesville has been selected by the Holstein Association of Brattleboro, VT to produce an informational video about the Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID). The video portrays the North Florida Holstein Farm’s recent decision to upgrade to an RFID integrated milking parlor system and put identification tags on every calf born on the farm. The system is similar to those used in tollbooths to speed up traffic and in retail stores to manage inventory.

A two person video crew has just returned from Bell, FL where the farm footage was shot. Matt Miller who is the firm’s Marketing Director and who was a videographer on the shoot states, “The individuals from the Holstein Association and at the farm were extremely helpful in arranging the video shoot and explaining to us the intricacies of the RFID system. Our expertise in editing this piece should go a long way in demonstrating how this state-of-the-art technology is revolutionizing the dairy industry.”
