Talk about service! Today I just "dropped by" Eyeworks because I was having issues with a pair of glasses from a competitor's. Tom, the owner, and his staff listened to my problem, answered my questions and fixed my glasses! True professionals with a service mentality! WOW! Thank you so much. You resolved my problem in five minutes with a smile. I'll be back!

I would like to thank Jill and Tom along with the rest of the staff for the great service I received. Jill was very patient going through 100's of frames for me!! If you are looking for "ASSISTANCE" in selecting frames - EYEWORKS is the place!!!. Jill was absolutely the best (I shopped at 7 local places!!). Jill is honest and soft spoken - never received the impression that she pushed a frame vs offering suggestions of what I wanted. Then the real difference came when Jill informed me about the lenses. I was convinced that I wanted to order my lenses from Eyeworks to make sure they were the correct ones.

I have been wearing my new glasses for about 2 months - did not have any adjustment - the design and size were right for me. Thanks to Jill!!.

I recently visited Eyeworks for the first time to get my yearly eye exam. Dr. Baldwin, Jill, and Sandy are truly a great team. I was very impressed with their customer service skills and how professional they were. I had gone to the same eye doctor ever since I first got glasses in the 3rd grade and would have to say this is the most thorough exam I have ever had. It assured me that they were able to provide me with the best and overal highest quality product when it came to ordering my contacts as well. I have also heard they are great (refer to becky's comment) at teaching first time contact lens users. I would suggest Eyeworks to anyone who has had contacts or glasses for a long time or even to those who may need these products in the near future.

Dr. Pearson & Sandy were great at Eyeworks for my exam and for laying out my options. As my eyes reach "a certain age" and begin to change they laid out the choices, and let me "try" the mono-vision contact to see if that worked, if not we'll move to the next option -- I got to decide the path!

I forgot the name of the contact teacher but she was great too and they all took time with me, never making me feel rushed. AND they have a video for contact wearers in case you need extra encouragement! Great Exam, great service!
