From small projects around your home to commercial and industrial projects, if it is made out of any type of metal RC Portable Welding & Fabrication can fix it, make it, form it, and weld it. Our services are available in shop or at your location with our portable welding unit. Other general services available include sandblasting, painting, powder coating, and beam setting.
Industrial and manufacturing work includes: guardrails and safety railing, just to name a few. Painting and installation of all components can also be provided.
RC Portable Welding can custom build a trailer to your specifications. Trailer types include: flatbeds with or without side rails, tilt beds, dump trailers, and car haulers. Trailer options include: single or tandem axle, jack, spare tire carrier, floor type, side rails, and tailgates or ramp styles.
RC Portable Welding works with following types of metal: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cast iron, cast steel, and cast aluminum. Our fabrication capabilities include: shearing, bending, punching, automatic sawing, computerized plasma cutting, rolling, steel forming and specialize in custom fabrication projects.

When our elliptical machine broke I had no idea who would fix such a small component. I called RC Welding in Elkhorn and Bob said to bring it in. I couldn't believe they would work on such a small project because the workshop had a ton of big projects in process. Bob had it fixed in a couple of days and my machine is even better now! Excellent customer service, great workmanship, and fast!

I called Bob Swatek to see if he could help the Elkhorn Soccer Club with some welding needs. Bob came out to the club and was willing to do the welding on site. When he arrived. He told me that the weather was not conducive for proper welding and asked if he could do the work at his shop. He was honest enough to tell me why it would not work. Bob asked the appropriate questions when he did not understand what exactly we needed and made sure he know exactly what we were looking for. Bob did the work great work and in an expediant manner so we could use our goals for opening weekend. Bob did an excellent job and showed that he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work is done right the first time and to our satisfaction.
